The National Association of Nigeria Professional Footballers (NANPF) has appointed six Zonal Coordinators to further strengthen the association at the zonal level.
They include Abdul Sule as North Central Zonal Coordinator, Patrick Pascal for North East, Jibo Bello for North West, Edema Fuludu for South South, Mutiu Adepoju for South West and Chikelue Iloenyosi for South East.
The names of the appointees were drawn from the National Administrative Council and approved by the National President of NANPF, Tijani Babangida, on Friday.
The appointment, according to the release signed by the Assistant General Secretary of NANPF, Danladi Musa, is part of association’s efforts towards the consolidation of its state structures through the ongoing appointment of members into states caretaker committees.
It spoke of the need for the states to have zonal coordinators who will serve as interface for the association and also to enable it have direction and focus.
