Sporting FC of Warri, Delta State, are in high spirits as they take on Willbros FC of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, today, Sunday, August 25, 2019, in the ongoing Nigeria Nationwide League (NLO) division two play-offs taking place in Yenegoa, Bayelsa State.
The Warri base team lost their first game to Sunsel fc Oghara by two goals to nil on Friday and promised to win this match on Sunday.
All the teams rested on Saturday due to the match between Bayelsa Queens and Rivers Angels in the women’s top flight.
Sporting will play their third game and last game in group A on Monday (26/8/2019) against Iwere FC, also from Warri, at 7 30am.
