Nigerian star Isaac Success wins Player of the Month Award in Spain

By Nelson Dafe on December 4, 2015

Nigerian junior international Isaac Success has been voted Granada of Spain’s Player of the Month of October 2015. The La Liga side have enjoyed some exciting displays and goals in November from the former Nigerian Under-17 star as they continue their battle to maintain their top flight status in Spain.

Success displayed a paper showing his Player of the Month Award on Facebook and wrote: “Glory be to God for this award PLAYER OF THE MONTH OCTOBER.”

His ex-coach at Benin City-based grassroots club BJ Foundation shared the post, and excitedly wrote: “Congratulation to you my boy. I am waiting for you to be crowned Africa Footballer of the Year very soon. Keep working hard, God will see you through.”

Isaac Success thus becomes the first Nigerian to win the award in Granada’s history.

Granada are currently in the 17th position of the Spanish Primera division.
