Bate Borisov vs Bayern Leverkusen
FC Bate Borisov and Bayern 04 Leverkusen are two sides desperately seeking a positive result on UEFA Champions League Matchday 5.
If AS Roma fail to defeat Barcelona and Leverkusen win, Leverkusen will move to second spot in Group E.
Leverkusen had earlier beaten BATE 4-1 on Matchday 1, but will be looking for their first away win in the UCL since a 2-1 success at FC Zenit in November 2014.

FC Barcelona vs AS Roma
If Barcelona get a point against AS Roma, they will qualify as group winners. They will still qualify if they lose and Bayern Leverkusen drop points against BATE Borisov.
Roma had earlier held Barca to a 1-1 draw in Italy, but the title holders had gone on to win three straight matches in Group E. Roma are seeking their first away win since beating Basel 3-2 in November 2010.

Arsenal vs Dynamo Zagreb
Arsenal and GNK Dynamo Zagreb need to win to stand a chance of reaching the last 16. One of the leaders of the group must also lose to keep the hope of these two alive.
Dynamo had ended their 16-year wait for a group stage win with a 2-1 result over the Gunners on Matchday 1.

Bayern Munich vs Olympiakos
FC Bayern Munich host Olympiakos, with both teams knowing that a draw will be enough for them to reach the last 16.
Bayern had earlier beaten Olympiakos 3-0 in Piraeus, and another victory for Bayern will seal their place as group winners.

FC Porto vs Dynamo Kyiv
FC Porto’s third successive UCL victories had extended their advantage at the top of Group G to three points, and if they avoid defeat against Dynamo Kyiv, they will qualify for the knockout rounds.
On Matchday 1, VitalyBayalskiy scored a last-minute equaliser on his UCL debut to rescue a 2-2 draw for Dynamo Kyiv. If Porto’s result better that of Chelsea against Maccabbi Tel Aviv, Porto will claim the group as winners.

Maccabbi Tel Aviv vs Chelsea FC
Chelsea’s late win against FC Dynamo Kyiv on Matchday 4 has made the London club one of the favourites to qualify for the Round of 16. They seek victory against pointless Maccabbi Tel Aviv.
If Chelsea win and Dynamo Kyiv fail to do the same against FC Porto, Chelsea will qualify. Chelsea had earlier beaten Maccabbi Tel Aviv 4-0 in Stamford Bridge on Matchday1.

Valencia vs Zenit
Valencia CF will look to follow already qualified FC Zenit into the Round of 16 when the Group H rivals meet.
Zenit, who have won all their matches this season and are already in the next round of the UCL with their 2-0 win against Olympique Lyonnias, will secure first place if they can get a point against Valencia. But Valencia will need to win, if they must qualify for the next round for the first time since their last participation in 2012/13.

Olympique Lyon vs Gent
Lyon will play Gent at the Stade de Gerland, a ground that first staged a competitive continental fixture in 1959.
Lyon, bottom of Group H, will be desperate to mark the occasion with their first win and first home goal in this campaign against a Gent side, three points better off in third place.

Shaktar Donetsk vs Real Madrid
Victory will assure Real Madrid first place in Group A.  Shaktar Donetsk however, realistically need a second successive win, after their 4-0 result over Malmo last Matchday, to keep their slim hope of qualifying alive.

Malmo vs PSG
Zlatan Ibrahimovic returns to where he began his career, knowing that victory for PSG seals their place in the Round of 16.
Malmo, on the other hand, will keep their fading hope of qualifying alive if they get the win against PSG. PSG had earlier defeated Malmo 2-0 in Paris on Matchday1 with goals from Angel Di Maria and EdinsonCavani.

Manchester United vs PSV Eindhoven
If Manchester United beat PSV in Old Trafford on Wednesday, they would have sealed their place in the Round of 16, though PSV will have other ideas as they seek the win that will lift them top of the group instead.
PSV had earlier beaten United 3-1 on the first day, but the English side’s overall home record against Eredivisie oppositions is W5, D0, L1.

CSKA Moscow vs VFL Wolfsburg
CSKA had beaten Wolfsburg seven years ago, in the Russian capital, and would hope to repeat that feat if they want to have any chance of qualifying to the second round, or else, they may end up having a hat-trick of exits from the group stages of the UCL. The Russian side will be depending on Super Eagles skipper Ahmed Musa and his team mates to turn their fate around.
Wolfsburg won 1-0 at home to CSKA Moscow on Matchday 1, but are still without a point on their travels after losing to Manchester United and PSV.

Astana vs SL Benfica
If Astana fall to Benfica at home, the Portuguese club will be through to the Round of 16. Benfica can also qualify with a draw, provided Atletico beatGalatasaray or the game finishes in a draw.
Only a victory will keep Astana’s hope alive.

Atletico Madrid vs Galatasaray
A draw will do it for Atletico, while victory is the minimum requirement for the Turkish side. Atletico had won 2-0 on Matchday1, and will need just one point to qualify.

Juventus vs Manchester City
Juventus host already qualified Manchester City looking to secure their own place in the knockout stages. City will clinch first place with a win.
If Sevilla fail to win against Monchengladbach, any result will see Juventus through.

Borussia Monchengadbach vs Sevilla
Sevilla require a win at VfL Borussia Monchengladbach to remain in contention for a place in the knockout stage. Monchengladbach are already out as they have lost all their matches.
