Remo Stars Youth Director Speaks on Eye-Opening Portugal Training

Remo Stars Director of youth Development, Daniel Ogunmodede, has described his capacity enhancement training at CD Feirense in Portugal as an eye-opener.

Daniel Ogunmodede, popularly known as Coach Dan, became the first coach to be sent for capacity development training outside the country by Remo Stars in order to broaden his knowledge of the round leather game.

Coach Dan, who spoke with DailySportsng from Portugal, said: “It has been a nice experience and an opportunity to learn new things in the profession, I have been exposed to a new coaching methodology and game modelling and long-term youth development programs.

“My aim is to help develop football in the country through my club Remo Stars.”

Coach Dan also attributed his undying passion for youth development to know the value of the future.

He continued: “The Team is on track with our numerous programs for youth development, we want to continue to make impact and add value to the players by sharing my experience in Portugal with them.”

Coach Dan also reserved special praise for Remo Stars owner, Honourable Kunle Soname, for his relentless efforts and his passion for football.
