Nigeria winger Sone Aluko was the hero of the day as his solitary strike earned Fulham the maximum points over Rotherham in the English Championship on Saturday.
Aluko scored in the 66th minute of the game played at Rotherham’s New York Stadium to further compound misery on Rotherham who have Nigerian defender Semi Ajayi in their ranks.
The 28-year-old started the game but was substituted in added time of the second half by 16-year-old revelation Ryan Sessegnon as Fulham grabbed a good away win.
It will be his sixth goal of the season in 39 games in all competitions as he continues to impress for the Cottagers this season.
Fulham are currently sixth on the Championship table with 61 points accrued from 38 games.
