I want my players “to be angry” — Arsenal coach Unai Emery

By Daily Sports on September 17, 2018

Arsenal coach Unai Emery has revealed that he wants his players “to be angry” after Aubameyang expressed his discontent when he was substituted in the 2-1 win against Newcastle.

The Former PSG manager took off the Gabonese striker in the 68th minute a decision which didn't go down well with Aubameyang.

Emery said of the player’s reaction: “It is normal. I want players when I change those on the field, and they are not in the first 11, to be angry… with ambition to play and help the team and to stay on the pitch. For me it is a normal situation.”

”Aaron Ramsey also left the field after 80 minutes.

“He played with (the Wales) national team too much and he asked to be changed. It was not a big problem but he was tired. I think no problem,” Emery explained.
