Chelsea plan new €70M bid for Roma goalkeeper Alisson

By Daily Sports on July 2, 2018

Chelsea are ready to go higher to sign AS Roma goalkeeper Alisson Becker.

The Blues see Alisson as a replacement for Thibaut Courtois, who is expected to join Real Madrid after the World Cup.

A bid of €60m from Chelsea has been rejected, but that hasn't put them off.

Sky Italia says Chelsea are preparing a new offer for €70m.

However, the problems remain – Roma want €80m and the Brazilian has decided to only leave the Olimpico if it means going to Real Madrid.

Chelsea aren't even in the Champions League this season and will begin afresh with new coach Maurizio Sarri. (Tribal Football)
