Nigeria, Argentina, Croatia, Iceland stagnant in March FIFA Ranking

Nigeria’s World Cup opponents, Argentina, Croatia and Iceland maintained their positions in March FIFA ranking published on Thursday.

The Super Eagles, who were also stagnant, are ranked 52nd in the world and seventh in Africa behind Tunisia, Senegal, Congo DR, Morocco, Egypt and Cameroon.

World Cup debutants Iceland are rated the 18th best football-playing nation across the globe with 1,026 points, while Croatia retained their 15th spot after gathering 1,053 points.
