Kano Pillars have announced CHAN Eagles defender Stephen Eze has agreed to join Bulgarian Lokomotiv Plodiv.
Eze joined Pillars on loan for the new NPFL season with the understanding he will quit the club should he move overseas, Pillars spokesman Idris Malikawa disclosed.
“He will join his Bulgarian club immediately after the CHAN in Morocco,” the statement read in part.
“Kano Pillars wish him the best of luck at his new club.”
Lokomotiv Plodiv are ninth on the Bulgarian league table with 23 points from 20 matches.
Towering central defender Eze has played at Lobi Stars, Sunshine Stars and FC Ifeanyiubah. (SCORENigeria)
