3SC, ABS FC join relegated Gombe United and Remo Stars

Shooting Stars and ABS FC were on Saturday relegated to the lower Nigeria National League (NNL) along with Gombe United and Remo Stars.

Shooting Stars lost 2-0 at Niger Tornadoes to finish 17th in the standings with 50 points, while ABS FC could only manage a 1-1 draw at Nasarawa United to end the campaign in 18th place, also on 50 points.

Gombe were 19th with 43 points after their loss at home to bitter local rivals Wikki Tourists was the result the Bauchi club needed to beat the drop.Wikki finished a respectable 13th with 53 points.
