Nigeria forward Henry Onyekuru has said that his loan move to Anderlecht from Everton will do his career some good just as he promised to improve on what he achieved last season in Belgium.
Onyekuru signed a five-year deal with Premier League club Everton that will allow him play on loan at Anderlecht in the coming season.
And the 20-year-old goals machine told SCORENigeria he is looking forward to another great season in Belgium, which also promises UEFA Champions League football.
“My loan move to Anderlecht is a good step for me and welcome development because striking a deal is not all about the money involved,” he said.
“I am looking forward to another great season in Belgium as well as to feature in the Champions League.
“I hope to do more than I did last season with KAS Eupen.”
Last season, he fired 24 goals in all competitions and Eupen finished 13th on the league table.
