Nasarawa United coach, Kabir Dogo, hails the performance of his players against MFM as ‘fantastic’.
Dogo said that his charges played according to his instructions and that he was delighted that the Olukoya Boys were put to the sword in such fashion.
“It was a fantastic display by my boys and I have to praise them for playing according to instructions,” Dogo told Goal.
“We explored their mistakes and it was made easier by the fact that we scored the opening goal in the first minute of the match. I believe that goal unsettled them and there was no room for them to comeback.
“I am happy that we have overcome our early season difficulties and we can only grow from strength to strength as from now henceforth. It was a tough match nonetheless but I believe we deserved the three points based on the way my boys approached the game from start to finish.”
Nasarawa United are seventh on the log with 24 points from 17 games.
