Turkey-based defender, Musa Mohammed has been included on Nigeria squad for next month’s World Cup qualifier against Algeria.
Earlier reports had suggested he has been dropped due to lack of playing time at Turkish club, Istanbul Baseksehir.
But as widely reported, there are recalls for John Ogu, Dele Alampasu, Leon Balogun, Victor Moses and Odion Ighalo, who was excused from the Zambia game to bury his father.
Also, FC IfeanyiUbah goalkeeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa was the only player from the Nigeria premier league picked as the competition is on break.
The only fresh call-up is little known right back Tyronne Ebuehi from Dutch club, ADO Den Haag.
