I won’t assist Emordi at Abia Warriors – Biffo

By Daily Sports on October 29, 2016

Abdullahi Biffo has said he has rejected a move for him to assist Okey Emordi at Nigeria premier league club, Abia Warriors.

Biffo ensured Abia Warriors were not relegated this past season, but the Umuahia club have since appointed the more experienced Emordi to lead them in the new season.

“I am not pleased to assist in Abia Warriors,” he declared.

“Here is a team I guided and coach just the season that ended as the technical adviser and took them out of relegation, to me is derogatory to me and retrogressive.

“I have coached Giwa FC, Niger Tornadoes, Kogi United as the technical adviser. It is not now in my career I will relegate myself to be an assistant.

“I have a track record and I am presently in Florida, USA, for a coaching course, when I return next week I will know what is next is for Coach Abdullahi Biffo.” (NAN)
