Weli Christian has vowed that Rivers United will target the weak points of relegation-threatened Heartland FC when the two teams clash at the Yakubu Gowon Stadium on Wednesday.
Heartland are in 18th position in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) table.
The Pride of Rivers are third on the log and Weli is eager for his team to make the most of any uncertainty within the Heartland ranks as they look to upstage their title rivals.
"I hope we can now look forward to the future after defeating Ikorodu United on Friday morning," Weli said.
"Our coaches are technocrats and want us to win all the time.
"We have to switch to another very important match.
"Heartland have lots of good qualities but also have problems and we hope to capitalise on this to our own advantage.
"The most important thing for us is to go on the pitch and win on Wednesday."
