Senator Akobundu's Sponsored -5- Day Training Programme For Farmers / Sewing Apprentices Enters Third Day

Senior Legislative Aides to Senator Austin Akobundu, Hon. Stanley Nwabisi and his counterpart on Agriculture, Elder Henry Nwaoha visited the ongoing training programme for Farmers and Sewing apprentices sponsored by the Distinguished Senator at Kolping Society main Auditorium Umuahia venue of the workshop yesterday.

It would be recalled that the programme is designed specially for youths from Abia Central Senatorial zone and it was expected to arm the participants with skills that would enable them to be economically independent and also focused.

"After the -five- day empowerment programme, expectations are high that the participants will be good to go on their areas of learning," it further learnt.
