Abia Angel's FC of Aba gets a new club chairperson after the dissolution of the club management weeks ago by the Abia state government.
Mrs Mba Ifeoma a Director in the Abia ministry of sports were she heads the Department of Sports will occupy the position on acting capacity depending when the state government will make an appointment on permanent basis.
Mrs Ifeoma Mba whose huge experience in the sports sector will be relied upon to push the fortunes of the club to better heights as she resumes her role as the club Head.
Speaking during a brief meeting with the club management and staffs bared her mind towards achieving more with the club " I want to urge all the management staffs , coaches and players that together we will get it right to push the club to greater heights as a team and make the state proud too by turning around the fortunes of the club positively."
Abia Angel's fc of Aba Abia state plays in the NWFL premiership and hopefully are expected to contest for honours next season in the NWFL premiership.
