“We have plans for our members and part of the plans is to make our website accessible to all the members. The website is currently under construction. Our members will have the opportunity of contributing to the website and professional inputs in terms of content development.
“We are also going to organise series of seminars for the betterment of our members and other sports stakeholders during our own administration,” she said.
Oladunni disclosed that plans have been concluded for the association to have sports value magazine.
According to her, the sports magazine would be produced quarterly to celebrate sports men and women who have contributed immensely to sports development in the country.
She also announced that Lagos’ SWAN has produced special designed SWAN sports jersey which will be made available to members at an affordable price.

Oladunni noted that sports protocol is also very vital as there are many fruitful and productive opportunities embedded in protocols.
“It’s not only travelling to the World Cup or getting accredited for international tournaments, but this exposes us to international ethics and diplomacy that will advance the course of standard professional practice and also enhance the relevance of corporate communication ethics amongst us which many do not understand nor knows nothing about.
“As a media professional, versatility is very important, and one must tap into the dynamic attributes of the profession.
“Another thing that we will be having is the annual calendar for Lagos SWAN members.  This goes a long way to give better relevance, recognition and authentication about our personality as a professional body. As member of Lagos State chapter and as a journalist. It definitely goes in line with record and data reference ahead of the future.
“Some notable and relevant events that will be in line with socio-economic wellbeing of the nation and our immediate environment will be introduced that will attract credible personalities from other professional spheres shall commence and gradually more details will be unveiled about this innovation very soon,” the chairman said.
She, however, urged members of Lagos SWAN to support the executive committee for it to achieve its set objectives.
She also appealed to members to imbibe corporate ethics “as this will help the personality of the association in many ways and also heighten our relevance anywhere, we are present.”
