National SWAN Wins, As Debo Oshundun Loses At Industrial Court

Originating summon of erstwhile chairman of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Lagos chapter, Debo Oshundun against the National Executive of the association, President Honour Sirawoo, Olatutu Oladunni, Aron  Akerejola, Oluwole Alakija and Lagos SWAN was dismissed totally by the National Industrial Court of Nigeria, Lagos Judicial Division. 
The judgement of the court was announced on Monday at Court 2 Lagos headed by the Head of Court 2. Justice M.N Esowe who had earlier dismissed all the charges filed against Olatutu Oladunni, Aron Akerejola and National SWAN in December 2022 during the hearing.  
The preliminary objection filed by SWAN counsel, Barr Ajibola Akinwale was upheld today as the judgement was declared in favour of National SWAN, Olatutu Oladunni, Aron Akerejola, Oluwole Alakija, President Honour Sirawoo and Lagos SWAN.
