Juventus show intentions to improve the depth within their front-line as they plan on joining the race for Madrid outcast Eden Hazard.
So far this season, the Belgian international has only made six appearances across all competitions and managed to score solely a goal.
With only two starts under Ancelotti and the 31 year-old seemingly an alternative choice for Brazilian pair Viniscius Junior and Rodrygo, Hazard is keen on departing the club in order to seek more playing time and put an end to his horrible spell at Madrid.
According to reports from Tuttojuve, the Bianconeri are monitoring the former Chelsea player’s situation as they are interested in acquiring Hazard within the January transfer window if possible.
With the winger’s contract set to expire at the end of next season, Madrid might be willing to accept a low-ball fee for the injury-prone player within the winter market.
Currently, Allegri only possesses Federico Chiesa and Argentine Angel Di Maria as wide playmakers. Therefore, the addition of Hazard would provide additional depth within the vulnerable position along the flanks.
Premier League outfits Newcastle United and Tottenham have also expressed interest in the pursuit of Hazard, as the attacking ace hit the ground running during his time at Chelsea, scoring 85 goals in 245 appearances for the Londone Blues throughout his seven-year stay.
