Real Sociedad's Alexander Isak 'Spotted In London Amid Arsenal Links'

By Daily Sports on January 30, 2022

Real Sociedad striker Alexander Isak has seemingly been pictured in London amid links with a switch to Arsenal.

The Gunners lost out on the signature of top target Dusan Vlahovic to Juventus and are believed to have identified Isak as an ideal alternative in the last knockings of the January window.

Arsenal now have less than 48 hours to get a deal over the line for the Sweden international, who is reported to possess a £75m release clause in his Sociedad deal.

However, recent developments have added fuel to the fire surrounding a possible move to North London, with Isak and teammate Adnan Januzaj supposedly enjoying their time off in the English capital.

Despite Isak's reported appearance in London, Arsenal are not rumoured to be close to any sort of agreement with the 22-year-old and are at risk of ending the January window without any new additions to the senior squad.

Isak has only registered four goals in 18 La Liga appearances this season, and his contract at Sociedad does not expire until 2026. (Sports Mole)
