Manchester United striker Edinson Cavani is being linked with Real Madrid. El Nacional says Real Madrid are contemplating a January approach for United striker Cavani. Real president Florentino Perez wanted Cavani in the summer, and might be tempted to sanction a loan move for the United forward in January. The report says Real will wait to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland and PSG’s Kylian Mbappe this summer, and Cavani would boost them in the short term until then.
