Arsenal have made an offer for Leicester City midfielder James Maddison.
Football.London says Arsenal have proposed a cash-plus-player offer to Leicester for Maddison, who is open to a north London switch.
The cash aspect is dependent on who the Gunners include in the deal with the likes of Joe Willock and Reiss Nelson both possibilities.
Negotiations are slow as the Foxes aim to keep the playmaker.
