Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson will miss the club's training camp in Scotland this week as he recovers from Covid-19.
The 24-year-old England international tested positive three weeks ago.
In a statement, the club said Henderson is suffering from “prolonged fatigue” associated with the virus.
Henderson has recovered from the hip injury which forced him out of the England squad at the start of the European Championship in June.
United’s pre-season friendly at Preston on Saturday was called off after a “small number of positive” cases were identified.
The squad, however, was back in training on Friday after the first team were given the all-clear from further Covid-19 testing.
United said they expect Henderson to return to training soon.
Meanwhile, Spain goalkeeper David de Gea has reported back after his Euro 2020 duties and linked up with the squad in Scotland. (BBC)
