Arsenal have set their sights on Lyon midfielder Bruno Guimarães.
The Gunners have been a fan of the Brazilian since his days at Atletico Paranaense.
Guimarães left his homeland for Lyon in 2020, making 37 appearances in his debut season.
Mikel Arteta is desperate to sign another midfielder this summer.
The Premier League club are still pursuing Sassuolo ace Manuel Locatelli, but he prefers a move to Juventus.
Should they miss out on the Italy international, Goal Brasil says Arsenal have earmarked Guimarães as an alternative.
Technical director Edu is familiar with the 23-year-old from his time working with the Brazil set-up.
A box-to-box midfielder with impeccable passing ability, Guimarães has potential to develop into a top-level star.
Due to their financial issues, Lyon are willing to sell Guimarães for just 20 million euros. (Tribal Football)
