Man City To Hand Dias Massive New Contract

By Daily sports on July 27, 2021

Manchester City are ready to hand Ruben Dias a new almost double-your-money contract.

The Daily Star says City are ready to offer Dias a new contract as a reward for his brilliant performances and it's said that the new deal will be worth £140,000 per week, which is almost double his current £80,000 per week earnings

The news comes after Dias enjoyed a remarkable debut season at the Etihad, in which he helped transform the Blues’ backline beyond recognition to help inspire Pep Guardiola’s side to their third Premier League title of the Catalan’s five-year tenure in Manchester.

Dias was subsequently named the Premier League’s and Football Writers’ Association Footballer of the Year for his consistent displays and it’s indicative of his value to this City side that he played in almost every league fixture, despite Guardiola’s love for rotation. (Tribal Football)
