Varane Eager To Make Man Utd Move

By Daily sports on June 26, 2021

Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane is eager to make the move to Manchester United.

The Independent says the France international wants to depart the Santiago Bernabeu after a decade in Madrid, and believes Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men can offer him new experience in his career that he is seeking.

Varane is pushing to earn as much as £400,000 a week if he joins the Old Trafford club, a demand that is considered just one of many stumbling blocks in any potential deal.

Varane only has one year left on contract after this summer, but is still valued in the region of £60million by Madrid, who will need to raise funds for their own rebuilding.

United insist centre-back is a priority position to address this summer, and club chiefs see the attraction of doing bringing in a world-class centre-half in his prime. (Tribal Football)
