Boboye expects tough Rivers encounter

By Daily Sports on May 14, 2016

Kennedy Boboye has warned his charges to expect a tough test when they host Rivers United in Umuahia on Sunday.

The hosts would be eyeing a place in atop the Nigeria Professional Football League summit against Stanley Eguma's men.

"Stanley Eguma is a good coach who knows how to manage his team," Boboye told Goal.

"It will be difficult because Rivers United are coming off three straight victories.

"They are a team in possession of undeniable technical qualities in midfield and in attack.

"We'll find an opponent who can create a lot of difficulties for us. We know that they don't joke in attack.

"Yes, the numbers says that on a defensive level they concede something, but every game is different. We will need to give a great technical performance.

"The team is good and if we manage to stay calm and collected at the Umuahia Township Stadium we will give a great performance.

"We want to win and that's our target." (goal.com)
