Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to stay with Juventus next season.
With a deal to 2022, Ronaldo has been seeking a move away this summer as Juve struggle to qualify for next season’s Champions League campaign.
Gazzetta dello Sport says there’s little chance of Ronaldo giving up the final year of his €31m-a-season deal.
Italy’s tax laws mean he will lose barely €100,000 to the government, compared to the millions he’d be forced to sacrifice elsewhere.
Juve have also insisted they would not grant Ronaldo a free transfer, instead demanding €25m to sell the veteran. (Tribal Football)
