Balogun Ready To Sign New Deal With Arsenal

By Daily sports on April 10, 2021

Folarin Balogun is ready to sign a new deal with Arsenal.

The Daily Mail says Balogun is on the verge of agreeing a new contract to end months of uncertainty over his future.

Striker Balogun, 19, current contract is due to expire at the end of the season and his situation alerted a string of clubs at home and abroad.

But he is set to extend his stay at Arsenal once a few final details are resolved, with Mikel Arteta managing to convince Balogun that he has a long-term future at the Emirates.

Arsenal have been in talks over new terms for Balogun for months and, at times, it appeared he was more likely to leave than stay.

He has been free to sign a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club since January and attracted interest from overseas clubs including Stuttgart and Monaco. (Tribal Football)
