APFAN Seeks Sponsorship As Football Academy League Kicks Off In Lagos

By Daily Sports on January 20, 2021

The Association of Proprietors of Football Academies of Nigeria (APFAN) has appealed for sponsorship from individual sports lovers as well as corporate organisations and various tiers of government.

The appeal came on the heels of the successful kick-off of the 2021 APFAN League in Lagos at the weekend. Twenty-one registered Academies from Alimosho, Ifako Ijaye/Ojokoro, Agege, Mushin, Oshodi Isolo, Ilupeju, Ikorodu and Idi-Iroko Ogun State were in attendance on day one of the league.

Among those in attendance for the screening exercise conducted for all categories was the State President of APFAN, Prince Tunde Alade, an ex-Rangers FC player and a one-time Super Eagles goalkeeper trainer.

It was a successful kick-off with 10 matches played and 21 goals scored. Other matches of week one will be played on Saturday.

The APFAN League Coordinator, Coach Ojo Oyebode, appealed for sponsorship “from individual sports lovers, corporate organisations, the local and state governments.”

“For sponsorship and advert placement contact the coordinator on 07082930992, 08023271934, 08125995813,” he added.
