Quique Setien is taking former club Barcelona to court.
Cataluyna Radio reports Setién has taken legal action against the club for "breach of contract." The former coach claims that the agreed amounts have not been paid and he has decided, through his lawyer, to take Barcelona to court.
Setien did terminate his contract after sending a burofax at the end of August demanding his settlement, which was answered by the club on September 16 in the affirmative.
However, the Cantabrian is not satisfied with the amounts assigned by the board in terms of compensation.
And he is now insisting he is paid up to the last euro agreed at the time with then president Josep Maria Bartomeu. (Tribal Football)
