Hazard And Militao Finally Test Negative For COVID-19

By Daily sports on November 20, 2020

Zinedine Zidane received some good news on Thursday as Eden Hazard and Eder Militao both tested negative for COVID-19, which means that they will be able to take part in Thursday evening’s training session at 17:00 CET.

As such, both Hazard and Militao may be included in Real Madrid’s squad that will travel to Villarreal on Saturday. This news comes on the back of Casemiro testing negative on Wednesday, having previously been positive, so Zidane now has some options ahead of the clash at the Estadio de la Ceramica.

The return of Militao is especially positive as both Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane, Zidane’s first-choice centre-back pairing, picked up knocks whilst on international duty with Spain and France respectively.

Militao first tested positive for the virus on November 2 and then Hazard did six days later, at the same time as Casemiro. Now all three of them are ready to start playing again. (Marca)
