Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante has found his relationship with manager Frank Lampard becoming frosty.
That's according to Le Parisien, which reports since the summer Lampard’s relationship with the midfielder has deteriorated.
When he arrived at Clairefontaine to meet up with the France squad last week, Kante is said to have appeared in good spirits after looking “grim” at Chelsea in recent weeks.
It is believed Lampard rejected his request to take a day off from Blues training to attend his friend’s wedding, a decision which he has struggled to accept.
The 29-year-old’s entourage therefore believe a move away from Stamford Bridge will be easier to achieve next year.
Inter Milan and Real Madrid have been mentioned as potential destinations.
