The delegation of Senior Women National Team, Super Falcons, has arrived in Dakar ahead of Friday’s Africa Women Cup of Nations qualifying match against Senegal’s senior women.
Team spokesperson Remi Sulola told thenff.com that the team arrived Dakar’s Leopold Sedar Senghor International Airport at about 3am on Wednesday, and the team has already settled down and was billed to have a first training at the Stade Demba Diop on Wednesday evening.
The match against the Senegalese will take place at the Stade Demba Diop, Dakar starting from 5pm Senegal time (6pm Nigeria time) on Friday.
Head Coach Florence Omagbemi and assistants are in Senegal with 18 players, including most of the country’s leading women players, such as Asisat Oshoala, Desire Oparanozie, Francisca Ordega, Onome Ebi, Josephine Chukwunonye, Ngozi Okobi and Evelyn Nwabuoku. (thenff.com)
