Barcelona Coach Koeman Phones Suarez: Time To Go

By Daily sports on August 25, 2020

Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman has told Luis Suarez he's not in his plans.

RAC1 says Koeman called Suarez to inform him that he should find himself a new club.

Indeed, Suarez will be offered the chance to terminate his contract a year early in order to assist his efforts in finding a new team. The Uruguay striker hasn't heard from Barca about a start date for preseason training.

Suarez may not return to La Masia and could choose to do preseason elsewhere. His lawyers are now about to enter talks with Barca about a pay-off for the last 12 months of his deal.

With the Barça shirt he has played 283 games, in which he has scored 198 goals, becoming the third highest scorer in the club's history, and has produced 109 assists. (Tribal Football)
