Former Dundee United of Scotland striker Ola Adeyemo has joined English Premier League club Watford.
The Nigerian striker arrived at Tannadice from Irish outfit University College Dublin in the summer of 2014 but made just two substitute appearances, totalling only 20 minutes of action.
Adeyemo, 21, also had a loan spell at Bayview last season but failed to score and was released by United in December.
Now he has joined the side that’s sitting 14th in England’s top flight and will hook up with the Hornets’ Under-21 squad after impressing on trial.
The move marks a remarkable turnaround for the hitman signed by Jackie McNamara. (Daily Record)
