Chelsea Push Atletico Madrid To Drop Oblak Price

By Daily sports on August 15, 2020

Chelsea are ready to drop their pursuit of Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak.

The Daily Star says Chelsea will be forced to widen their goalkeeper search with Atletico Madrid refusing to budge on Jan Oblak’s £110m asking price.

Oblak, widely regarded as one of the best keepers in the world, has been on Chelsea’s radar for months.

And he is due to hold talks with Atletico about his future after they crashed out of the Champions League this week.

But Chelsea are prepared to give up on the Slovenia star, who kept 17 clean sheets in La Liga this season, unless the Madrid club budge on his eye-watering release clause. (Tribal Football)
