English Premier League champions Liverpool are among several clubs reportedly interested in signing Ismaila Sarr.

According to the Watford Observer, the Reds have made contact with the winger’s agent.

Wolves and Crystal Palace are also said to be interested in signing the 22-year-old who suffered relegations with Watford at the end of the 2019/20 season.

Sarr scored six goals and assisted the same amount in 30 matches across all competitions for the Hornets in the previous campaign, and famously scored the brace that ended Liverpool’s unbeaten run in the league.

The Senegal international joined Watford from Stade Rennais in August 2019 for a fee reported to be in the region of £30 million.

If he moves to Anfield he will link up with fellow countryman Sadio Mane. (African Football)
