Real Madrid have given Arsenal until June 15 to decide on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s future.
According to The Mirror, the Spanish LaLiga club want to be informed before the above mentioned deadline whether or not the Gunners intend on selling the Gabon international ahead of the 2019-20 season.
Aubameyang’s Arsenal contract expires in June 2021 and with reports claiming that he is unlikely to pen an extension, the English Premier League club will need to decide if they choose to cash in on their club captain at the end of the current campaign or risk losing him for free next year.
Real Madrid are among several clubs interested in signing the 30-year-old who has scored 20 goals in 32 matches across all competitions this season.
Aubameyang has been prolific throughout his Arsenal career and since joining the club from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018, he has scored 61 times in 97 matches for the club.
Barcelona, Manchester City, Manchester United, Inter and Paris Saint-Germain are all said to have also expressed interest in signing the Arsenal marksman.
