West Ham United have expressed reported interested in Nigeria international Ola Aina.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the 23-year-old has welcomed interest from the English Premier League with the utility midfielder said to be eager on a return to England.
Both the Hammers and rivals Everton are reportedly keeping tabs on Aina’s situation in Turin.
Born in London, Aina progressed through Chelsea’s youth academy before joining Hull City and later Torino on-loan. He did enough to convince Torino to buy him from the Blues in July last year and has been a regular for the Italian club.
Aina, who made his debut for the Super Eagles in 2017, has one goal in 57 appearances across all competitions for Torino.
Although primarily used as a right or left-back by Nigeria, Aina can also play in midfield where he has starred for Torino. (African Football)
