Atletico Ready To Offer Partey New And Improved Deal

By Daily Sports on March 21, 2020

Atletico Madrid will reportedly offer Thomas Partey a new deal.

the LaLiga giants are working on extending the Ghana international’s contract.

Partey is contracted to Atletico until 2023, but possible suitors could possibly snap him up for just €50 million due to the terms in his current contract.

Atletico are reportedly keen to extend Partey’s contract through to 2025 while also increasing his release clause to €100 million.

The 26-year-old has attracted strong interest from several clubs including Arsenal whose fans have pleaded with the club to sign the defensive midfielder following his displays in Atleti’s UEFA Champions League wins over Liverpool this season.

Partey has firmly established himself as an integral member of the Spanish team’s squad over the last two seasons and he has scored three goals in 35 appearances across all competitions this season. (African Football)
