Arsenal are reportedly considering putting club captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang up for sale at the end of the season.
According to the Daily Mail the Gabon international is reluctant to pen a new deal with the Gunners, leaving the North London club little option but to sell him before his current deal expires.
Aubameyang is contracted to Arsenal until June 2021, leaving him free to join the team of his choice at the end of the 2020-21 campaign.
In order to avoid losing him on a free transfer, Arsenal will reportedly consider cashing in on the 30-year-old.
Aubameyang joined Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018 and quickly established himself as an integral member of the squad.
He has scored 60 goals in 95 appearances for Arsenal, including a brace in the club’s 3-2 win over Everton last weekend. (African Football)
