Bayelsa Queens Host Royal Queens Today In Yenagoa

Bayelsa Queens FC will today, Saturday, February 22, 2020, engage newly promoted Royal Queens FC of Warri in a pre-season friendly match.

The match on Saturday will be played at the Samson Siasia Stadium and kick-off time is 3pm.

According to the Chairman of Bayelsa Queens, Sir Robin Aprela, the game will be used to test the readiness of the team ahead of the NWFL season.

He said more friendly matches would be played before the season commences on March 18, 2020, adding that with what he has seen in the team, he is confident that they will do the state proud this year.

On his part, Technical Adviser of Bayelsa Queens, Moses Aduku, said his wards are ready for any challenges this season, adding that the team will pick at least one trophy this season as he is not ready to play second fiddle.
