Chris Smalling scored one goal and assisted two others as Roma moved into the Serie A top four with a comfortable win over bottom-of-the-table Brescia.
On-loan Manchester United defender Smalling headed in from Lorenzo Pellegrini's corner after 49 minutes.
Up for another corner eight minutes later, Smalling's cushioned header set up fellow centre-back Gianluca Mancini.
The England international met a third Pellegrini cross as Edin Dzeko sealed the points for Paulo Fonseca's side.
Dzeko was denied a second in the latter stages, drawing a good save from Jesse Joronen before having a goal ruled out for offside.
Smalling, 30, becomes the third English player to score at least two goals in a Serie A season, after AC Milan's David Beckham in 2008-2009 and Perugia's Jay Bothroyd in 2003-2004.
Roma climb to fourth in the Italian top flight, two points behind third-placed Lazio, who required a 91st-minute winner to beat Sassuolo 2-1. (BBC)
