Kwara United Captain Akeem Onigbari has emphatically declared that the Harmony Boys do not belong to the Nigeria Nationwide League (NNL), where they will be campaigning next season.
Speaking recently with Daily Sports, Onigbari regretted that Kwara United will be playing in the NNL in the coming season, but enjoined club faithful to support them for a quick return to the topflight.
“I want to beg all our fans to be calm with us and forgive us because we are not also happy playing in the NNL as we belong to the Premier division.
“We have an experienced coach who has promoted many teams before and I have the belief that we will play only one season in the NNL,” he said.
