The management of Sporting FC of Warri, Delta State, has appointed a new coach for the team.
According to the club Director of Coaching/Technical, Mr. Sifo Anthony, the new coach is Theophilus Edema.
The appointment is on a temporary basis and effective immediately pending when the board of directors will make the decision for a permanent coach, he said.
According to club’s Chairman, Prince Godstime Emiko, the management board of the team is rebranding the team for the coming season.
“Sporting FC Warri will resume with the screening of new players,” the chairman informed.
