By Anthony Obaseki on August 16, 2019

Nigeria Women Premier League (NWPL) champions Bayelsa Queens FC, have resumed training after a one week break ahead of the second stanza of the league.

They resumed training on Tuesday in Yenagoa, with Club Chairman Ebiki Timitimi charging the team not to take their foot off the pedal, as the second round of the league would be tough. He charged the team to be more dedicated and redouble their efforts to win the league.

Alabalaba, as Ebiki Timitimi was called during his playing days, also trained with the team.

In his remarks, Bayelsa Queens Technical Adviser Moses Aduku assured that the Restoration Girls would try as much as they can to retain the trophy they won last season and promised to work harder with the team to achieve set goals.
