All is set for the election of the Delta State branch of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) holding today, Thursday, July 18, 2019, at the NUJ House in Asaba.
According to source in the most powerful chapter of SWAN, the present chairman, Azuka Chiemeka, is highly favoured to win the seat again.
“You see, we are backing Azuka to continue from where he stopped and to go for the second tenure. He has tried in his first tenure, so let him continue,” the source told Daily Sports.
